Floating (English for “floating”, “drifting”) is one of the most effective ways to achieve the state of deep physical and mental relaxation. In the special “My-body-float” Floating Room, the guest rests almost weightlessly on the surface of the water, carried by concentrated, approx. 36 °C warm salt water. Secluded from any external stimuli, you float away from everyday life and can accompany this mediative experience with light effects and music, depending on your personal feelings.
The ambient temperature in the Floating Room is also about 36 °C, so the bather feels almost no difference between water and air. His body rests ideally tempered and does not have to spend energy to compensate for temperature fluctuations. In this weightless calm, the boundaries of one’s own body seem to dissolve.
