Up to 100 employees in administration, housekeeping, nursing, care, social and technical services, as well as in the Kirnerstube work according to a recognized quality development system. The yardsticks for this are the standards developed in-house and the quality assurance system of the Working Group of Catholic Care Facilities for the Elderly in the Caritas Association of the Archdiocese of Freiburg.
